Great question — we get this one a lot.
Here’s the truth: childhood is tough on a little body. From the moment a baby is born (birth is intense!), their spine and nervous system go through a lot. Then they learn to roll, crawl, walk, and fall. A lot. Then they grow, play sports, carry heavy backpacks, and spend way too much time looking at screens.
All of that stress adds up. And because the nervous system controls everything — sleep, digestion, mood, immune function, focus, and growth — when it’s under stress, you see it everywhere.
You might see it as:
• Trouble sleeping or staying asleep
• Colic, reflux, or constant fussiness in babies
• Frequent ear infections or colds
• Constipation or tummy troubles
• Sensory meltdowns or sensory overload
• Trouble focusing at school
• Headaches, growing pains, or achy bodies
• Anxious feelings or a hard time calming down
None of these are just “phases kids go through.” They’re often signs that the nervous system needs a little help.
That’s where we come in.

Adjusting a baby is NOT like adjusting an adult. It’s important you know that.
When Dr. Jordan works with kids, the pressure used is so light it’s often compared to checking the ripeness of a tomato. Seriously. It’s that gentle.
We use specific, modern techniques made for little bodies:
Torque Release Technique
A gentle, precise adjustment using a small handheld instrument. No popping or cracking — just targeted release.
Crainosacral-informed Work
Subtle, feather-light contacts to support the skull, jaw, and nervous system.
Nervous System Scans
We use non-invasive technology to see how your child’s nervous system is functioning — no guessing, just clear data.
Tummy-time-friendly setups
Little ones usually get adjusted in a parent’s arms, on a soft table, or during a feeding. Whatever works.
Most kids actually love coming to the office. They often ask to come back.

We care for kids from birth through the teen years. Each stage has its own focus:
Infants & Newborns (0 - 12 Months)
Birth is a big deal — even an easy birth. We support babies with colic, reflux, feeding issues, tongue tie recovery, sleep challenges, and the natural tension that comes from entering the world. Early care sets a strong foundation.
Toddlers & Children (1 - 12 Years)
As kids grow and explore, their bodies take a beating. We support toddlers and school-age children with sleep, focus, digestion, sensory processing, posture, and all those bumps and bruises that come with a full childhood.
Teens (13-18 Years)
Teenagers face a different kind of stress — school pressure, screen time, sports injuries, posture problems, and a nervous system that’s going through huge changes. Chiropractic helps them stay focused, resilient, and feeling good in their own bodies.
Chiropractic doesn’t “treat” these issues directly — but when we help the nervous system work better, families often see beautiful changes in:
• Colic, reflux, and fussiness in infants
• Chronic ear infections
• Sleep difficulties at every age
• Tongue tie and lip tie recovery
• Sensory processing challenges
• ADHD and focus concerns
• Infant digestive issues and constipation
• Posture issues from screens and sports
• Anxiety and emotional regulation struggles
If you’re not sure whether we can help with your child’s specific situation, just reach out. We’re always happy to talk it through.
We know you’re doing your best. Parenting is wonderful and also hard, and figuring out what your child needs can feel like a guessing game sometimes.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. We’re here to help you understand what’s going on in your child’s nervous system — and give you tools, support, and real answers.
Many families come to us after trying everything else. They tell us, “I wish we’d known about this sooner.” That’s our favorite kind of feedback.
A: Yes — when it’s done by a trained pediatric chiropractor. Dr. Jordan has advanced training in pediatric chiropractic and uses techniques specifically designed for little bodies. The pressure used on a baby is about the same as you’d use to check if an avocado is ripe. It’s extremely gentle, and it’s one of the safest forms of healthcare for kids.
A: Day one. Really. We regularly see babies in the first few days or weeks of life, especially after tough births or with feeding and sleep struggles. The earlier, the better — but there’s no wrong time to start.
A: We help families dealing with colic, reflux, ear infections, sleep struggles, sensory issues, tongue ties, digestive issues, ADHD, anxiety, posture problems, and so much more. Chiropractic doesn’t “treat” these things directly — but a healthy nervous system makes a world of difference.
A: Incredibly gentle. We use light-touch techniques and small instruments designed for kids. Most children find the visits relaxing, and plenty of little ones even stay asleep on the table.
A: Babies get adjusted in your arms, Dr. Jordan's arms, while nursing, on a soft pillow, or comfortably on a blanket — whatever keeps them calm and comfortable. Dr. Jordan uses the lightest fingertip pressure to gently release tension. It looks so simple that parents often say, “That’s it?” Yes — that’s it. Little bodies don’t need big force.
